Rachel Hills is Head of Operations at RLB in Auckland, supporting the Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Queenstown and Dunedin offices.
She has more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry, including 10 years in professional quantity surveying. She brings proven capability across strategic planning, human resources, document control, policy development, accounting, marketing, business development and event coordination.
Rachel is responsible for delivering RLB in Auckland’s operational strategy, with oversight of day-to-day business functions and longer-term planning. She leads the Business Management team and plays a key role in driving operational performance, efficiency and alignment across the region.
She is focused on strengthening systems and processes that support staff, improve delivery and contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Massey University and a Diploma in Business Administration from the Manukau Institute of Technology
