Richard Rigby is a Director of RLB in New South Wales.
Since joining RLB in 2007, Richard has been involved in major projects, providing independent certifier services for practical completion, extensions of time, lessor/lessee issues, and independent consultant services.
With 30 years’ experience in London, Hong Kong and Sydney, his consultancy expertise includes master-planning and development appraisal advice for property developers, financiers, and financial institutions such as CBA, Westpac, NAB, St George, Bankwest and Investec.
Projects include commercial office and retail, residential apartments, industrial and fit-out works.
Richard is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom.
