Vaughan Plant is a Principal of RLB in Wellington.

His current role as Chief Estimator utilises his expertise in cost planning, cost reporting and cost review, providing clients with accurate and timely cost advice.

Vaughan’s association with RLB goes back over 20 years. In this time he has worked on many high profile projects such as the Transpower North Island Grid upgrade.

He is currently involved in a number of specialist projects, including Wellington & Queenstown airport control towers and Scott Base redevelopment work for Antarctica NZ.

His core business skills of accounting and economics, provide a disciplined commercial approach to identifying, analysing and solving problems.

Vaughan is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Quantity Surveying.
