400 GEORGE STREET

Built around a historic building, 400 George Street incorporates a new retail laneway known as ‘The Sydney Arcade.’

The tower is designed in a stepped form and most floors are column free. Entry is from both George and King Streets. A curved vaulted roof over the new retail laneway links the Pitt Street Mall to King Street.

This prestige office building was the first constructed in the Sydney CBD for several years. RLB provided cost planning, estimating, post-contract services, tax depreciation and replacement cost estimates.
