GEYSER BUILDING

Achieving world leadership in sustainable design

AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND

GEYSER BUILDING

This technologically advanced building is the first in New Zealand to have a 6 Green-Star Office Design rating.

The 4,600 square-metre mixed-use complex is designed to use 27% of the energy of a typical building its size. With sustainable features including a twin-walled facade that opens and closes to moderate the interior thermal environment.

Meeting the challenge to achieve an optimum Green Star rating took great effort from all parties involved.

RLB provided quantity surveying and cost management services to Samson Corporation.
