As one of Perth's most influential projects, one40william blends fully-restored heritage buildings with the latest in commercial green design.
The project revitalises a landmark CBD site, integrating 36,000 square metres of commercial office space with a 6,000 square-metre retail, food and entertainment district.
The building is designed from the inside out, to engage people who work within, visit or simply pass by.
Located directly above the Perth Underground railway station, at the corner of William Street and Murray Street Mall, the design promotes new connections between workplace, retail and public transportation, and creates a positive shared civic space.
