You have:
- Residential and hotel experience (essential). Multi sector experience (advantageous)
- A minimum five years solid and proven post-grad quantity surveying experience (preferably client side), with referees included as part of any application
- A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying with membership of AIQS, RICS or equivalent
- Australian residency, and eligible to work in Australia
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence, high motivation and the ability to meet with client and industry partners
- A client relationship focus and great commercial awareness
- A proactive attitude and high attention to detail
- Self-discipline, reliability and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines
- Proven technical abilities and a willingness to adopt industry specific technology
- The ability to produce estimates of building construction costs
- The ability to provide construction phase cost administration and value management advice
- Team leadership abilities in the preparation of bills/schedules of quantities (ASMM) and simplified bills of quantities
- A desire to share your knowledge, experience and skills across a team of like-minded professionals
- High integrity, honesty and the ability to work in a tight knit team
