Exciting opportunities exist for a forward-thinking Senior Quantity Surveyor in our Auckland Office who has experience in:
• Infrastructure (road, rail, tunnels, three waters or energy)
• Airport redevelopments
• Project controls
• Feasibility studies and reporting
• Cost planning and estimating
• Contract administration
• Value management
• Client liaison
We seek a team member who has:
• Experience in large building and infrastructure projects
• Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying
• A minimum 5 years’ QS experience
• The ability to work autonomously as part of a high-performance team and in a potential team leader role
• Strong organisational skills with a can-do attitude and high energy levels
• The ability to communicate well and establish and maintain strong working relationships
• The ability to operate in a BIM environment (advantageous, but not essential)
• Willingness to be involved in some of the largest construction high-profile projects across New Zealand
• A desire to make a genuine difference to our local built environment
