Craig Hall

Craig Hall is a Director at RLB Africa and leads the Johannesburg-based Engineering Cost Management (ECM) division. In this role, he holds management responsibility for the delivery of services to a range of engineering, mining, and infrastructure-related projects.

With over 30 years’ experience, Craig specialises in estimating, procurement, and both pre- and post-contract quantity surveying. He also provides expert contract administration services for complex engineering projects, including port and rail developments, infrastructure works, shaft sinking, mine surface infrastructure, and process plant facilities. He has significant expertise in the use of NEC3, FIDIC, and GCC forms of contract.

Craig joined RLB in 2016 to establish the Mining and ECM division and to expand the business across the African continent. Prior to this, he spent 18 years in the mining, infrastructure, and engineering sector with a globally recognised firm in the profession.
