Evan Sim

Evan Sim, Director at RLB, is a professional quantity surveyor with 26 years’ experience. He is a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors, as well as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession.

Evan has an extensive and broad background in cost planning, procurement and cost management of major building projects in many sectors, including commercial, retail, residential, industrial, mixed-use, hotels and leisure, as well as engineering and infrastructure.

Our collective experience and knowledge bring great value to any project that we take on. I am proud to be part of a global team that has a common goal – giving our clients service of the highest standard.

Evan joined RLB in 2017 and heads up our office in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal.
