Josh Tattley

Josh Tattley is a Director at RLB in Auckland, having joined the firm as a graduate in 2011 after receiving an RLB Scholarship. Since then, he has developed deep expertise across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, education, mixed-use, multi-unit residential, aviation and land development.

Josh has delivered numerous award-winning projects for key clients, consistently demonstrating a strong ability to manage complex, multi-staged developments. He is widely respected for his strategic insight into commercial feasibilities and for providing tailored advice that aligns with each client’s unique risk profile. His focus on building enduring relationships is evident in his ongoing work with repeat clients and major stakeholders.

His capabilities span the full suite of quantity surveying services from early-stage cost planning and value management to procurement strategy, tendering and post-contract administration, including schedule of quantities preparation and final account negotiation.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Construction in quantity surveying from Massey University and was named the Overall Winner of the RLB Oceania Employee Excellence Awards in 2017.
