Julian Anderson

Julian Anderson is a member of the Global Board and a founding shareholder and president of the company’s North American practice where he is responsible for overall management.

Julian is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, construction project management advisor, construction cost estimator, lean construction consultant, project procurement consultant, and building life advisor. Julian holds general contractor’s licenses in Arizona and Nevada and is a Certified Cost Consultant. With 42 years of professional practice, all at RLB, Julian’s experience encompasses everything from small projects to complex projects valued at several billion dollars. He has also served as an expert witness in numerous construction-related disputes.

Julian speaks regularly to industry organizations including the Associated General Contractors and others. He has frequently been quoted in industry publications such as Engineering News-Record, and has written articles for Arizona Commercial Real Estate Magazine, Denver Daily Journal, and others.

He obtained his tertiary qualifications in quantity surveying from the Queensland Institute of Technology.
