Lichelle Neethling

Lichelle Neethling, Director at RLB, is a professional quantity surveyor with 11 years’ experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of the Free State and is currently completing a Masters degree in Project Management at the University of Cape Town. She is registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession and is a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors.

Her expertise includes viabilities, estimating, contract administration, cost planning and cost control. She has been operating in the residential, commercial and education facilities sectors and has a particularly strong focus on high quality customer service.

Being part of a supportive, like-minded group of people with the same vision is refreshing. We enjoy what we do and we do it well. We find motivation in knowing that we’re part of a global company, which comes with so many opportunities.

Lichelle joined RLB in 2017 and heads up the Stellenbosch office.
