Neal Taylor is a Director of RLB in Queensland. Neal leads our project programming and delay claim consulting division.
With over 35 years’ experience as a time management and forensic delay claim consultant in the property and construction industries, Neal has been responsible for leading a multitude of some of the most high profile and complex projects in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and Oceania.
He has strong capabilities across all building sectors, and an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of construction techniques and delivery methodologies.
Neal is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and holds an Ordinary National Certificate and Higher National Certificate in Building Studies gained in the UK.
