Vikash Foolell, Director, joined Hooloomann & Associates, now known as RLB Hooloomann, in 1994. He holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the College of Estate Management (UK) and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the University of Mauritius.
His experience has allowed him to manage projects through all stages, ranging in size and value across various sectors within the construction industry. He is a highly skilled quantity surveyor who continues to apply his knowledge and expertise to projects across the Indian Ocean region, including Mauritius, Seychelles and the Maldives.

He has over 28 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor, the majority of which has been with RLB Hooloomann.
