Vuvu Badi

Vuyolwethu Badi is a Director at RLB and a professional quantity surveyor with 18 years of experience in the construction industry. She holds a BTech Degree in Quantity Surveying and a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Development and Management from Wits University. To further enhance her leadership expertise, she has completed certifications in Core Board Leadership through GIBS and the Women in Leadership Programme at Duke University.

Dedicated to global best practices, Vuyolwethu participated in the 2018 RLB Global Experience Exchange Programme in the UK, where she engaged in cross-border knowledge sharing on business and industry advancements.

She is a registered professional with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession and holds memberships with prestigious industry bodies, including the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS). She has also served as an executive member of the Women’s Property Network (WPN), actively contributing to the advancement of diversity and transformation in the built environment.
