MENLYN MAINE CENTRAL SQUARE
Menlyn Maine Central Square, situated within the modern, new urban city precinct in Pretoria, is a mixed-use development, inclusive of a boutique-style mall hosting over 50 handpicked retailers, restaurants and entertainment experiences, and a state-of-the-art Virgin Active Classic Collection gym.
The piazza is the focal point for the square and the development is known for its unique and distinctive mix of retailers.
The 65,000 square-metre building is crowned with a glass roof and open-air dining facility. The mall provides both convenient retail and commercial space, and a 240-room hotel. Menlyn Maine Central Square has been awarded a 4-Star Green Star SA Custom Rating by the Green Building Council of South Africa. The development is dubbed Africa’s first green city as further expansion continues within the precinct.
