Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) congratulates Woodlands North Coast (WNC) project teams for successfully obtaining the Certificate of Statutory Completion and winning the 2022 BCA Building Environment Transformation Award.
The award recognises projects that demonstrate excellence in sustainability, productivity, digitalisation and design innovation.
Master planned and developed by JTC, WNC is a mixed-use estate that provides a range of flexible office and industrial spaces, as well as a green and car-lite working environment. RLB is honoured to be the quantity surveyor for WNC’s 1 and 7 North Coast buildings. RLB worked with the teams to implement integrated digital delivery throughout the project, including the early adoption and utilisation of BIM, and introducing an innovative E-payment system during construction which improved productivity.
We would like to express our gratitude to the project family of JTC, Lum Chang Building Contractors, all our consultants, and our RLB project team led by Mr Colin Kin, Ms Lee Puay Boon, Mr. Stanley Chang, Mr. Nixon Kong and Ms Chin Wei Sun for helping us achieve this milestone.
