Located on the island of Oahu, Honolulu is the capital of the state of Hawaii, and home to the famous Waikiki Beach. With millions of visitors each year, the tourism industry is the main contributor to Honolulu’s economy. Other key industries include military defense, and research and development.
Honolulu is also home to ‘Iolani Palace. Built in 1882, it is the only royal palace in the United States.
Our Honolulu office has been providing construction project management, cost management and advisory services since 1986, when Construction Services Ltd. was established. The firm later joined forces with RLB (then known as Rider Hunt Levett and Bailey) in 1991.
