Cassie Idehara is Vice President of Rider Levett Bucknall’s North American practice in the Hawaii Region. As Director in charge of the Honolulu office, she oversees firm operations and is responsible for managing Cost Consultancy Services across all islands.

Educated as a Quantity Surveyor, she has both national and international industry experience in Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Pacific spanning more than 30 years. Throughout her twenty-year career with RLB, Cassie has advised clients on the cost, time, quality and risk of construction projects in Hawaii ranging from $5M to more than $600M in estimated construction value. She spent the first decade of her career with RLB serving as a Project Manager and brings this dynamic perspective to deliver cost certainty to our clients and protect their best interests.

Cassie is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and holds credentials as a Certified Construction Manager with the Construction Management Association of America. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of South Australia and diploma in Quantity Surveying from Singapore Polytechnic.
