Charles O’Loughlin is a Principal at RLB. Charles is our Miami Office leader and is a RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over a decade of experience working across North America, Europe and internationally. He has a strong background in both Cost and Project Management working on large-scale projects in sectors including sports, luxury retail, commercial, real estate and higher education. With expertise in both pre- and post-contract services, Charles excels in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and leads teams to deliver results for our clients.
