Erin Kirihara

Erin Kirihara is Executive Vice President of RLB’s North American Practice and a member of the firm’s North American Board of Directors. As the regional director of operations in Honolulu, Kirihara oversees service delivery and client engagement in the Hawaiian Islands, while also contributing to business development and strategic growth across North America.

Throughout her more than twenty-year career with RLB, Erin has managed construction projects ranging from $1 million to $800 million across the Hawaiian Island. To date, she has delivered more than 11,000 guestrooms and residential units, culminating in a portfolio that exceeds $3 billion in construction work throughout Hawaii and the United States.
