Melissa Ladden

Melissa Ladden is an Associate in Human Resources at Rider Levett Bucknall, where she leads efforts in Learning and Development across the organization. Since joining the company in 2016, she has held roles spanning HR generalist work and recruitment, bringing a versatile and people-centered approach to talent strategy. With over 13 years of experience in human resources, Melissa has worked across the legal, medical, and construction industries. She earned her SHRM-CP certification in 2019 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Based in the Kansas City area, Melissa is passionate about helping others achieve their full potential—and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
