Paul Belshoff

Paul Belshoff is Principal at RLB and a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Hawaii. With over two decades of experience in construction project management, Paul has delivered complex projects ranging from $5 million to $400 million across public and private sectors. As the resident manager of RLB’s Kihei office, he is deeply invested in the Maui community and a steering member of the Construction Industry of Maui advisory council. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Paul works closely with clients and project teams from preconstruction through closeout to deliver exceptional outcomes. His proactive approach and ability to anticipate challenges enable him to provide practical, forward-thinking solutions that keep projects on track and aligned with client goals.
