This new facility, completed in 2018, is constructed on vacant property owned by Metrolinx.
The facility houses operations and management of the regional rail and bus services for Metrolinx.
The 63,000 square foot facility houses a data centre, office and meeting spaces with the centre being the operations room that monitors live transit operations.
RLB provided cost estimating services at design stage milestones to IBI Group.
