The modernization of Terminal 3, which has operated for 36 years, will deliver a world-class facility that improves passenger flow and airline efficiency.
It will also have flexibility to accommodate future changes in economic conditions and airline markets.
This three-story building of about 676,000 square feet, will include modern ticket areas, additional baggage claim capacity, a consolidated security checkpoint, expanded concessions and retail space.
RLB is providing independent cost estimating services to validate cost projections submitted by the programming team.
