While the standard of care for architects is well established for design professionals, do you understand the essential elements that must be proven for liability and damages to be assessed based on professional negligence? We understand that the standard of care is not evaluated against perfection; rather, it is compared against a standard consistent with the work of other design professionals doing similar projects.
