The move further expands the firm’s international reach and strategically strengthens the economic alliance between construction markets across the Americas

International property and construction consultancy Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has enhanced its global coverage by forging an alliance with Adippsa, a project and construction management firm based in Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico, to launch the Americas Alliance. The Americas Alliance is a significant step in the growth of RLB’s global practice and builds an even stronger platform to service clients across multiple regions.

Key demographic and economic factors make the Americas an important global economy, one which will see major local development and international investment in the coming decades.

“By forging new and deeper relationships with businesses throughout the Americas, this Alliance broadens RLB’s ability to service our clients who work on projects in the flourishing construction markets throughout the region,” said Peter Knowles, Executive Vice President, RLB North America.

RLB’s first alliance was the Euro Alliance, formed over ten years ago.  That organization currently has a membership of about 25 firms across Eastern, Central, and Western Europe. Recently, RLB launched the India Alliance, bolstering its influence in that nation. RLB Alliance partners retain independence while accessing RLB resources.

RLB’s global reach currently includes 124 offices in 45 countries. With the established Euro Alliance and a recent launch of the India Alliance, the Americas Alliance further expands RLB’s global footprint.
