The devil is in the details, and that saying is no truer than when looking at cost planning for a construction project. While on the surface, numbers can look pretty straightforward, our cost-planning methodology informs and controls design development to ensure alignment with available funding. We monitor pre-construction costs for the design phase carefully, and then throughout the pre-construction design phase of a project, our cost plans evolve in detail and accuracy as more information becomes available about the design.
