RLB’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility is a great example of our higher purpose in action – we inspire confidence and empower change across four pillars: People, Clients, Environment and Community.

The variety of initiatives we engage in create opportunities for all of us to make a difference, and to this end, the RLB Global CSR Awards has been held for the third year running to reward global projects and internal teams that exemplify our CSR values.

Our approach is to promote, support, recognise, and reward the great efforts of employees in fundraising and volunteering, aligned to one or more of the following categories:

  • Fostering a safe, inclusive and equal working environment
  • Delivering financial, social, and environmental value
  • Reducing our environmental footprint
  • Purposeful stakeholder engagement

To be eligible for consideration, nominees must have delivered at least some part of the CSR activity during the period from 1st October 2022 to 30th September 2023.

RLB in Shanghai employees participated in community aid during the city’s lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Serving a total of 457 hours, they helped administer testing, distributed antigen test kits and daily necessities to neighbours, and disinfected public areas.
