Colin Kin is the Joint Managing Partner of RLB in Singapore and a Principal of its regional practices. He is also the President Director of RLB in Indonesia, the Deputy General Director of RLB in Vietnam, and a Director of RLB in Myanmar.
Joining RLB in 1993, Colin has over 30 years’ experience in high profile, large and complex fast-track projects in Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore.
He is a SISV Quantity Surveying Division Council Member, and a past board member of the RICS Singapore Board. He is an advocate of mediation in Singapore, and is a SISV Panel Mediator and a panel member of the Singapore Strata Titles Board.
