Ed Cook

Ed Cook is a Director at RLB in Auckland and leads the firm’s infrastructure team, overseeing the delivery of some of New Zealand’s largest and most complex projects. He also chairs RLB’s Oceania Infrastructure Committee and serves on the Global Infrastructure Committee, enabling access to international innovation and best practice.

With project experience spanning Europe, Asia, the Middle East and New Zealand, Ed brings a global perspective to infrastructure delivery. His strategic focus on achieving better value and more efficient outcomes underpins his work across a broad range of sectors.

Ed is known for his collaborative and proactive leadership style, ensuring project teams remain aligned to client objectives and overall project goals.

He holds a master’s degree in quantity surveying and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
