Geoff Speck is a Director of RLB in Auckland and RLB in Otago.
Since joining RLB in 2003 as a senior quantity surveyor, his experience has covered most sectors including major retail, mixed-use developments, land development, engineering infrastructure, industrial, hotels, high-density residential and data centres.
Geoff specialises in conceptual estimating and cost planning, and is highly skilled in the cost control of the developing design. He has a clear understanding of contract risk and risk transfer across the full spectrum of development and construction industry issues.
Geoff provides commentary and data for RLB’s Quarterly Forecast Cost Publication in association with the New Zealand Institute of Economic Research (NZIER).
He holds a New Zealand Certificate in Quantity Surveying and a New Zealand Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the Unitec Institute of Technology.
