Grant Watkins is a Director of RLB in Wellington. As a Quality Manager, he is also responsible for maintaining levels of excellence on all projects.
Joining RLB in 1996, he has been involved in the master planning and construction phases of many multi-stage projects such as major hospital redevelopments.
With over 30 years professional quantity surveying experience, Grant specialises in financial evaluation, estimating, cost planning, scheduling and contract administration.
Grant is a Registered Quantity Surveyor and a member of the NZ Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
He holds a New Zealand Certificate in Quantity Surveying from Wellington Polytechnic.
