Kenneth Kwan serves as Chairman of RLB’s North Asia region responsible for Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and South Korea offices. He has been a director of the Global Board since its formation in 2007.
Joining RLB in 1986, Kenneth has excelled in delivering high profile projects in the public and private sector throughout Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Singapore, Cambodia and Taiwan.
