Nick Duncan

Nick is a Director of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in Queensland, with more than 20 years’ experience in quantity surveying. He has built strong client relationships and a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes across complex projects.

His career spans leadership roles across Cairns and the Sunshine Coast, where he has contributed to the growth of RLB’s regional presence and strengthened industry connections.

Nick brings a strong understanding of project delivery across diverse environments, underpinned by sound judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach. His experience encompasses most sectors, including major civic, health and aviation projects such as Sunshine Coast City Hall, Sunshine Coast Airport Terminal Expansion, Cairns Base Hospital Redevelopment and the Cairns Convention Centre.

He holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) from the University of Newcastle.
