Paul Skinner

Paul Skinner is a Director of RLB in New South Wales. Based in Sydney, he is responsible for business development, client relations and project leadership.

Since joining RLB’s cadetship scheme in 1996, Paul has provided quantity surveying services across all industry sectors, with a hands-on approach to cost managing projects from inception through to completion, for both domestic and international clients.

With almost 20 years in the building and construction industry, his expertise includes cost management advice, risk, value engineering, contractual conditions, tendering and post contract administration.

Paul’s project portfolio includes data centres, defence, health, aged care and independent living units, and office fit-outs.

Paul is an associate member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a Councillor of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors NSW Chapter 2015.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Building in Construction Economics (First Class Honours).
