Shane Kelly

Shane is a Director of RLB in Victoria with more than 15 years of experience delivering major projects across Melbourne, Ireland and the UK. Since joining RLB in 2012, Shane has established himself as a trusted advisor known for his meticulous approach, technical expertise and strong client relationships.

Shane’s capabilities span the full project lifecycle from early-stage feasibility and cost planning through to post-contract administration and reporting. His portfolio includes high-profile developments such as the Geelong Arts Centre, Reimagining Arts Centre Melbourne, Shrine of Remembrance and the Melbourne Park Redevelopment.

Shane holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Ulster.
