Tony Sutherland is the Managing Director of RLB in Wellington and a Director of the Palmerston North office. He is responsible for business development, management and IT systems.
With over 25 years of professional quantity surveying experience, Tony has been involved in financial evaluation, estimating, cost planning, cost management, risk assessment, procurement advice scheduling and contract administration on a wide variety of projects.
Tony’s most recent commercial projects in Wellington include the VUW Hub redevelopment, VUW Alan MacDiarmid Building, Chews Lane redevelopment, CentrePort’s BNZ and Customs House buildings, and the Wellington Railway Station upgrade and refurbishment.
Tony is a Registered Quantity Surveyor and a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
He holds a New Zealand Certificate in Quantity Surveying from Wellington Polytechnic.
