Driven by international trends in innovation and clustering, the Innovation Precinct offers co-working spaces that allow businesses to come together in neutral, flexible and technology-rich environments.

Comprising a 2-level basement, ground level, and five upper levels, it forms a new and sustainable precinct from existing character buildings with functional heritage.

The construction phase for this 12,500 square-metre office space was completed in 2017. RLB provided full quantity surveying and cost management services.
