Once a tired office building, 45 Queen St has been transformed into a luxury retail and commercial development. With a distinctive, shoreline-inspired design, this world-class location now houses tenants such as Prada and Christian Dior.

The podium redevelopment involved 1500 square metres of high-end retail, integrated with a classic atrium lobby space and a lavish café and restaurant.
