A joint venture between Ngāi Tahu Property and ACC will transform a car park on a historic Dunedin street into a state-of-the-art building.
The building is a 50:50 joint venture between Ngāi Tahu Property and the ACC investment team, and will feature 8000 square metres of office space.
ACC will lease the building for 20 years.
The building will be a market-leading and highly energy efficient working environment integrating sustainability in line with Ngāi Tahu iwi values.
Dunedin is an essential part of ACC’s national operations, and the new hub will house around 650 staff.
The development will bring the ACC team together from four separate sites across Dunedin into a modern, sustainable, and fit-for-purpose office for the firm’s people and their customers.
