AIRSERVICES AUSTRALIA DATA CENTRE, MELBOURNE & BRISBANE AIRPORTS
Airservices Australia has built two new data centres in Melbourne and Brisbane to support the OneSKY program.
To house the range of communications equipment required for the new platform, Airservices built new rooms at its Air Traffic Service Centres to service both the new and old systems, which need to run in parallel for four years.
The rooms are designed to house 94 medium-density equipment racks and 45 high-density equipment racks, voice recording equipment, a development and testing facility, rooms for voice recorders and voice replays, and communications equipment.
