Creating a new CBD precinct



The development comprises three iconic towers, and an interconnecting podium building with a vibrant plaza on a 15,000 square-metre site, which had remained undeveloped for 20 years

Tower 1: A prestige 29 level office development of approximately 54,000 square-metres (NLA), will be the new headquarters for Woodside, with sweeping views over the Swan River and the CBD.

Tower 2: A 35-level combination of a hotel and serviced corporate apartment tower.

Tower 3: 41 levels of luxury apartments with spectacular views over the Swan River.

Podium: A five-level podium incorporating car parking and office with a further two levels of plaza on top to accommodate auditorium, function, retail, commercial and recreation space.
