CETF CANTERBURY ENGINEERING THE FUTURE
This $140-million redevelopment of the University of Canterbury Engineering College buildings includes a combination of new build and remodelling of existing buildings to provide specialist laboratories, workspaces, teaching spaces, lecture theatres and communal areas
The project also includes the construction of a new Structural Engineering Laboratory featuring advanced earthquake-testing facilities.
RLB provided cost planning and post contract cost management, as well as full cost management services on all aspects of the project from concept, through early contract involvement to completion.
