The 58,000 square-metre fit-out was designed to facilitate activity-based working for more than 6,500 bank employees, making it the largest activity-based working project in the world.

This flexible approach to differing working styles and demands, reinforces CBA’s commitment to people, innovation and sustainability.

RLB’s extensive role on this project included the initial comparison estimate on the base build works, along with the monthly developer/funder’s reliance reports, to independent certifier roles on the base build and fit-out contract.
