FLINDERS CENTRE FOR INNOVATION IN CANCER
This 5,000 square-metre centre is dedicated to cancer research, care and prevention.
Extensive value management and procurement initiatives were pinnacle to the project, such as a flat packed helipad delivered from Singapore and assembled on site.
RLB negotiated best value fit-outs, incorporating the latest design in wet labs, and offices for tenants. This groundbreaking cancer centre was shortlisted for the 2012 World Architecture Awards.
RLB provided feasibility and schematic cost planning, including extensive value management, cost options and cost contract consultancy.
