ST CUTHBERT’S COLLEGE PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE

This $9.2 million Performing Arts Centre provides specialised teaching and rehearsal facilities for students aged 5-18.

The award-winning building offers the community an elegant facility to enhance both the campus and the environment, by providing a transition between the established residential surroundings and modern, educational grounds.

A central atrium anchors the individual elements of the building, and floods the interior with natural light during the day.

Spaces cater for a variety of performing arts teaching and learning situations, including orchestra rehearsal spaces, acoustically-separated one-on-one instrument teaching rooms, spring-floored dance rooms, and a green-screen room for filming.

RLB provided cost management and quantity surveying services.
