The convention centre is the epitome of this with its open-ended longhouse roof and extensive indoor-outdoor flow.

With a gross floor area of 55,000 square metres, it includes a Hilton Hotel, residential apartments, commercial and retail space, a convention centre, combined facilities, car park and landscaping.
