SURRY HILLS LIBRARY AND COMMUNITY CENTRE

This multi-functional centre on four levels is a benchmark facility for the city.

It delivers a broad range of community-based services to the 21,000 people living in the area, as well as sustainable environmental design, winning the UDIA 2009 Environmental Excellence Awards NSW.

The centre integrates three different streams of community services under one roof, including a modern library and WiFi facility, a neighbourhood service centre and childcare facility.

RLB provided bill of quantities, cost planning, post-contract services including variation assessment.
